RETURNS
All orders are Final Sale. Ankasa does not accept returns on custom and/or made-to-order goods. REFUNDS Should the details of an order change (ie. Quantity, Design and/or Ship-to Location) prior to production a refund will be issued for balance difference. Refunds must be requested in writing. Please allow thirty days from approval of refund for payment to be issued. Refunds cannot be made or credited to anyone but the account billed.
QUALITY LIMITATION
Our products are not guaranteed against fading or shrinkage through cleaning, steaming, and exposure to the sun or effects of wear. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request cuttings of current stock for approval, especially when ordering coordinating textiles. We are not responsible for the application or installation of Ankasa’s merchandise. Ankasa’s textiles are not treated or backed unless specified on your Order Confirmation. Costs and arrangements for all special treatments not completed by Ankasa are the purchaser’s responsibility.
